By placing different objects within the box for children to retrieve, it provides a wide range of tactile experiences from basic shape recognition to texture, size, and object discrimination. A chalkboard on one side and a write/wipe board on the other allows for extended learning possibilities. The 10-3/4" L x 7-3/4" W x 6" H hardwood box has permanently attached, soft vinyl flaps at both hand openings. Includes 22 colorful, wooden shapes with matching tiles in a drawstring bag. Easily varied to suit many skill levels by changing the number of piees or removing the more detailed ones. Ages 3-6.
