This kit provides instructional materials which allows open-ended exploration of science concepts in a way that is engaging, exciting, and effective. Kit includes several “demos” that can be done by the whole class or by the teacher for demonstrational purpose. “Demos” include: simple speedboat - shows conservation of heat energy into motion energy; candy sparking - shows motion energy into light energy using a candy; and writing with light - students use a LED and phosphorescent surface to write using light. Kit contains DVD and lesson guide. Supports up to five groups of students. Grades 4-9.
