Kit contains two 200 ml bottles of prepared nutrient agar, 20 gamma radiated sterile petri dishes, 10 sterile swabs, and four lab instruction sheets. Kit is sufficient for individual experiments or can be used with four groups of 5-6 students. Grades 8-12.
