Created by an occupational therapist, Snakey™ is an educational and imaginative toy that offers a “back to basics,” fun approach to fine motor skill development. A plush toy and puppet, it consists of seven detachable segments. Each segment is joined by a different, color-coded fastener that helps students with fastener recognition. Provides a creative way to learn how to manipulate buttons, snaps, clips, a zipper, a plastic buckle, and Velcro®. The puppet’s head is used for imaginative play, while, at the same time, motivating students to assemble and disassemble it. Perfect for those who have challenges with motor skills.
