In agricultural applications, monitoring the quality of the soil is extremely important for a healthy growth of crops. The pH level is an excellent guide as to which plants may thrive in a particular terrain, as well as indicating which fertilizers to use. This test kit allows not only pH testing but for nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium as well. Just sample the terrain, dilute in water, and then see how it reacts with the reagents supplied in the kit. The result is a colored solution which is compared to the chart provided to determine the concentration of the element tested. The concentration is given in an easily-understood trace, low, medium, and high ranges. Supplied with an extraction solution which facilitates the precipitation of suspended solids so that measurement can be taken immediately. Provides for 25 tests each.
