Provides structured training to perform wedge excision of ingrown toenails and introduces the instruments and techniques needed to perform the operation skillfully. Kit contains: toe jig, replaceable toe ends, tourniquet, simulated local anaesthetic agent, instruments, and toenail CD-ROM for detailed instruction. Content covers: toenail anatomy, information about specialized instruments for ingrown toenail removal, safe administration of local anesthesia (ring block), wedge excision and phenolisation, and dressing and post-operative care.
