With this compact, lightweight stirrer, lack of laboratory bench space is no longer a concern. This stirrer incorporates electronic controls that allow the user to regulate the speed with greater precision. In addition to speed control, a limiter assures that the maximum speed will never be exceeded. Incorporates a device that will stop the motor from accelerating as soon as the load is removed. Ideal for applications that create exothermic reactions. The 120 x 120 x 45 mm housing is constructed of ABS plastic to resist most harmful chemicals in the lab. Comes with a 25 mm long, Teflon®-coated magnetic stir bar. Maximum stirring capacity: 1 liter. Speed range: 100 rpm to 1000 rpm.
