This lab activity simulates blood-typing, but requires no blood. Blood-typing allows students to visualize antigen-antibody type relations and learn and understand principles of blood-typing. The clumping of red blood cells by the corresponding antibody is done by means of chemical precipitation. Complete for 30 students working in pairs. Refills available.
