Eliminates the need for glassware and provides a semi-micro environment. Chemplate® can be a rack of numbered (1-12) test tubes; a gas generator; a reservoir for water; a safe and economical means to conduct experiments; a demonstration vessel which can be used on an overhead projector. Molded into the high-impact, completely transparent plastic tray are 12 large numbered cavities, an additional jumbo-sized cavity, plus a snap-off cap and measuring spatula. The snap-off cap fits onto any test tube cavity creating a safe gas-generating chamber. Chemplate® is about the size of an index card. The entire Chemplate® is virtually a whole rack of test tubes, and is reuseable. It lends itself easily to gas production and simple titration. Use as a spot plate. Each cavity of the Chemplate® holds up to 3 ml. Package of 10.
