This self-propelled cart is used to demonstrate acceleration independent of gravity. An air stream generated by a motor-driven propeller provides sufficient thrust to accelerate the cart along a smooth level surface. The cart can be used to illustrate Newton’s Third Law by erecting the sail provided and operating the cart. Requires 4 “AA” batteries.
