Product Description

The finest method for producing highest quality transplants. The Jiffy-7® Peat Pellets combine the pot and potting soil into a single unit. Before use, it is just a small, thin, easily stored wafer enclosed in a fine plastic netting. Add just a little water and it expands to its ultimate size of 1-3/4" in diameter by 2-1/8" in height, all neatly enclosed in the plastic net. The prepared unit may be used for direct sowing of flower, vegetable, and other seeds as well as for transplanting seedlings. pH runs from 5.5 to 6.0.
