A cardiovascular fitness concept to use with the GeoMat™ and the easy-to-follow directional cues while performing aerobic exercise and dance combinations. Provides verbal directions. First half includes body awareness and body management. The second half has instruction for basic GeoFitness® moves including a combination routine. Instruction for left and right foot lead. Due to the versatility of movements the choreography may vary from simple to complex. Grades PreK-4.
