A self-monitoring traffic light sound meter with remote control. The green light stays lit until noise in the classroom goes above the set level (determined by teacher), green light then goes off and flashing yellow light comes on as a warning. When the sound level reaches 15 decibels above the set level, red light and siren sound comes on. Adjust acceptable levels of noise for quiet activities or louder group work. Remote control adjusts volume, dB setting, siren on/off, and power. Has a range of 20 ft. and requires two “AAA” batteries (included). The 17" high, 5-1/2" wide unit can stand on its own or be wall mounted. Computerized light has a sound level meter that can be set from 50-110 decibels. Unit includes AC adapter and six replacement bulbs. 120V AC.
