Challenges student’s sense of touch on both hands and feet. Develops the ability to describe sense impressions verbally. Made of nice-to-the-touch rubber, each of the five tactile structures, in their own color, can be found on a large disc (each approx. 10-1/2" dia.) for positioning on the floor, as well as on a small disc (each approx. 4-1/2" dia.) that the student will be able to hold in their hands. The discs offer innumerable possibilities, ranging from a fundamental sensing of the tactile structures, to blindfold games based on memory and recognition. The games can be adjusted so they fit the student’s age and level of functionality.
Includes five large discs and five small discs.
