In each kit you will find: one 16" x 16" Fitnopoly game board with a foam die and game piece; one 16" x 16" fitness grid with a pair of foam dice; 40 secret exercise cards; 32 exercise task cards which include five different tasks on each card along with a deck of 52 cards; a complete exercise booklet with pictures and descriptions of the exercises; and complete instructions for playing all the activities individually, or in small or large groups.
