This life-size model shows compensatory hypertrophy heart disease. This pathology is characterized by the myocardium thickening of the muscular fibers of the left ventricle. Hypertrophy heart disease is a complication of chronic hypertension. The model is divided in two parts and mounted on a base with stand. 4-1/4" x 4-1/4" x 8-3/4".
