This elegant meter holds within its own database plant pH preferences for over 350 fruits, flowers, vegetables, grasses, and landscape plants. All results are displayed on the digital LCD screen in an easy-to-read numeric format. Measures pH from 3.5 to 9.0. Use for quick and simple pH testing, or select the advanced mode to choose the plant to test from an alphabetical list, then measure the soil pH and compare the digital reading to the preferred pH of the chosen plant. Also stores a list of the last 25 plants tested. Requires three 357 silver oxide 1.55 V batteries (included). Grade 6 and up.
