The safest and easiest way to remove ticks! Quick removal with no pain and without chemicals for dogs, cats, horses, and people. No mouthparts of the tick are left behind – reduces risk of infectious disease. Removes ticks in approximately five seconds, regardless of its location or size. It is painless (doesn’t pinch hair or skin, does not frighten pets (no smell, no noise), and works particularly well on sensitive areas, such as around the eyes and mouth of animals. Unlike tweezers, the Tick Twister does not squeeze the abdomen of the tick so transfer of toxic or infectious agents is minimized (Lyme disease and Babesia for example). To use: engage the hook by approaching the tick from the side until it is held, lift hook very lightly, turn it until tick detaches by itself (after two or three rotations). Unbreakable and reusable.
