When a calf is born with a contracted flexor tendon, the fetlock joint is caused to knuckle under, causing serious limitation to the mobility of the calf. With the application of the BOS splint to the back of the leg, the calf should have normal mobility immediately. The splint bottom should be at ground level. Remove the splint after 4-5 days. Splint length: 15-3/4". Kit includes one calf front leg splint, 3" x 5-yd. roll of elastic adhesive bandage, and instructions.
