Simple release – press a button. Developed by a New Zealand dairy farmer, Mark-Its are the easiest of all leg straps to use, and are the most visible on the cow. The protruding end of the Mark-It is like a “flag” waving on the cow’s leg. The leg band is released simply by pressing a button! Use these bright-colored bands for all temporary ID needs – try red for antibiotic cows, changing to pink after recovery; daily colors on colostrum cows; pink on high SCC cows; green on CIDR cows; blue on dry or induced cows; etc. Constructed of durable DuPont® nylon. Marking pens will give temporary marks, ideal for short-term notices.
