Made of stainless steel to last a lifetime, this cheese press features a built-in pressure indicator that lets you set the exact amount of pressure needed in your recipe. The mold is 4-1/2" W x 6" H with a stainless follower and all stainless hardware. Rubber feet on the base protect your table or counter. Easy to take apart and reassemble for cleaning. 6" x 6" base; 11" H overall. Will process 2 gallons of milk.
