Anthelcide® EQ Dewormer Paste

A paste for removal and control of large and small strongylids, large roundworms, pinworms including various larval stages, and threadworms. Each mark on the syringe indicates the amount of paste used to treat 100 lbs. of body weight (67 lbs. for strongyloides). One syringe will treat up to 1,200 lbs. of body weight (800 lbs. if used to treat intestinal threadworms). Simply determine the weight of the horse and set the dial on the plunger and administer to the horse by mouth, depositing the paste on the back of the tongue. May be used on horses at any age, including foals and pregnant mares. Horses kept in an area where they are likely to be reinfected should be retreated in six to eight weeks. Not effective against bots. Do not use on horses intended for food. 24 g syringe.
