It gives plenty of power for turning the freezer at the proper speed, which is necessary for producing the fine texture and quality of homemade ice cream. No other freezer has the power to restart after stopping to add fruit, berries, etc., just before freezing is completed. Features a strong cast-iron gear case with three-gear drive that is simple, sure, and smooth in operation. This exclusive triple motion of the freezer properly mixes and beats the entire cream contents, resulting in smoother ice cream and providing a definite path of circulation which ensures even, thorough, and efficient freezing. Tub is made from select New England pine with a maple stain finish. 115V AC. Five-year warranty.
