The galvanized steel electric heater base can be used with the water fountains C19449N and C19450N. Thermostat keeps the water in the bottom of the fountain from freezing. Preset thermostat activates at 50° F. Recommended for indoor use in dry areas where the temperature does not get below 20 degrees. 16" dia. x 3-1/4" H. 100 watts, 110V. Element has a one-year warranty.
