Product Details
Plastic grid designed for measuring the loin eye area. Used by USDA and extension personnel for quick and accurate measurement for loin eye and back fat. The area surrounding each dot is equal to 1/20 (0.05) of one inch (20 dots equal one square inch). There is an 8" ruler on the side divided in tenths of an inch to measure back fat.
