In biological, botanical, and agricultural studies, it is often important to determine the relative levels of the primary nutrients that are present in leaves and stalks of plants. The Model PT-3R test kit provides instructions and test materials for determining the presence of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in plant tissue. Chemical reagents for making approximately 50 determinations are included with the test kit, and replacement solutions are available.
