Quarternary Ammonium Germicide
Multipurpose sanitizer for sanitizing instruments, equipment, footwear, and food contact surfaces. Registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and authorized by the U.S.D.A. for use in federally-inspected meat and poultry plants. Steramine™ sanitizing solutions of 200 ppm concentration may be safely used on food processing equipment and utensils and on other food contact articles. Kills HIV-1 (AIDS virus) when used as directed for sanitizing. One tablet produces a solution of approximately 200 ppm when used in 1 gallon of water. A color indicator is added for the purpose of making the presence of the germicide apparent in solution. Noncorrosive. 150 tablets per bottle.
