Imparts a lightly toothy, matte finish to paint, retaining brush strokes and subtle textures. Works well as a clear coat, a transparent ground, or transfer medium. Use to decrease gloss of acrylic color and mediums or to create matte glazes. An excellent adhesive for mixed media, collage work, and craft applications.
