Create your own Crazy Putty and learn with this cross-curricular kit that teaches art, math, and science! Crazy Putty is fun and easy to make. Students will learn about measurement by simply measuring and combining one part liquid starch, two parts glue, and a little liquid watercolor in a plastic jar. The experiment portion begins when students cover jar and shake to mix. Next, they will pour out the slimy mixture into their hands and work the putty until it gels to the proper consistency. Putty will last a few weeks if kept in an airtight bag or container. Kit includes: 32-oz. bottle of liquid starch; two 32-oz. bottles of Elmers® Glue-All; three 8-oz. bottles of Nasco Country School™ Washable Watercolors in yellow, red, and blue; and Liquid Measure Kit (with gallon, quart, pint, and gill jars with lids; cup, pint, and quart liquid measuring cups; 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and 1 cup measuring cups; and 1/8 tsp., 1/4 tsp., 1/2 tsp., 1 tsp., 1/2 tbsp., and 1 tbsp. measuring spoons).
