One-of-a-kind prints are made by applying images to a nonabsorbent surface (Plexiglas®, metal plate, or freezer paper) and then transferring these images onto paper. Use simple equipment – a baren, rolling pin, spoon, or heel of hand to print. Rich, permanent colors are heavy-bodied to minimize spreading under pressure. Can be drawn into water-soluble crayons. Apply colors thinly with brushes, sponges, etc. Extend colors with base (9714875). Water-based and nontoxic. Includes 4-oz. each of: white, black, primary red, primary yellow, orange, phthalo blue, cobalt blue, violet, phthalo green, raw sienna, burnt umber, and monotype base.
