If your order exceeds the amount available on the Nasco Gift Card or Pre-Paid Card, a credit card or alternate payment method will be required for the difference.
After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain in your Nasco Gift Card or Pre-Paid Card account for future purchases, with the exception of Pre-Paid cards with expiration dates** (the Nasco Gift Card or Pre-Paid Card 12-digit number and zip code reference will remain the same).
Nasco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Nasco Gift Cards or Pre-Paid Cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged Nasco Gift Cards or Pre-Paid Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Nasco Gift Card or Pre-Paid Card in the amount of the remaining balance upon proof as required by Nasco. There is a replacement fee of $8. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-558-9595 for assistance.
Nasco Gift Cards or Pre-Paid Cards can be refilled and used again by calling 1-800-558-9595.
Gift Cards: Never expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
