What are Nasco Education’s punchout URLs?

Below are Nasco Education’s URLs that are used for the punchout process.

How do I shop with Nasco Education using my eProcurement purchasing system?

Your district may use an eProcurement purchasing system such as Skyward, Oracle, or EqualLevel to process orders. Your eProcurement purchasing system is administered by your school district’s purchasing and/or IT team. That system connects to Nasco Education’s system so that you can see accurate pricing for your district and place orders directly from your eProcurement purchasing software.  

For customer protection and platform stability, eProcurement purchasing systems cannot share usernames and passwords with your account on nascoeducation.com. You will have a separate login for your eProcurement purchasing system from your district.

How to shop using your eProcurement purchasing system 

  1. Login to your eProcurement system using your district’s username and password.
  2. Click the Nasco Education icon to browse and shop for products.  
  3. Add products to your cart and check out.

Note: If you do not see a Nasco Education icon within your eProcurement purchasing system, a one-time setup by the district is required. Please ask your system administrator or IT team to review the punchout information on our website.

Can I use my eProcurement username on the main nascoeducation.com website?

For customer protection and platform stability, eProcurement purchasing systems cannot share usernames and passwords with your account on nascoeducation.com. You will have a separate login for your eProcurement purchasing system from your district.

For the main Nasco Education website (nascoeducation.com), the use of an email address is required. The credentials for use within the eProcurement purchasing system are different and are meant to not be shared. These credentials will not be an email address. If these credentials get compromised, it could affect purchasing for your entire system.

Can I try a test order?

If you are using the test URLs, please submit an inquiry request using the form here and note the details of the order. We will review and notify you if we got the order or not.


If you are going to use the production URLs, you must contact Nasco Education (1.800.558.9595) and give details of the order to the Customer Care representative before submitting a test order so we can coordinate identifying the test order and deleting it before it is processed for fulfillment.

We tried a test PO and received a “could not find Response node” error message. What is the problem?

This is the error we see when there is a problem with the order link. Please verify that the URLs you are using are correct.

If the links are correct and you are still having a problem, it could be a firewall issue. Your security settings could prevent data from being pulled back into your system. Contact your IT Department.

Why is Nasco Education charging sales tax on my web order when I am a tax exempt organization?

Sales tax appears on all Nasco Education web-based orders from our taxable states. Nasco Education is required by law to have documentation on file to confirm your tax exempt status. Once verified, the sales tax is removed from your order. We will contact you to request documentation that is not on file.

I can see Nasco Education as an option with the other vendors on eCommerce — Why can’t I place an order?

Your district eCommerce Administrator (normally in the purchasing department) must set up Nasco Education as an eCommerce vendor before purchases can be made. Contact them and let them know you would like Nasco Education added.

Will I see my discounted prices on the Nasco Education punchout website while I am putting together an eCommerce order or during the checkout process?

Your discounted prices will be displayed on each item as you shop the Nasco Education punchout website. Your shopping cart will show the discounted prices and special shipping terms when your minimum order amount (usually $199) is reached. Orders under the minimum order amount do not qualify for discounted pricing and special shipping terms.

Why doesn’t everything in my shopping cart show a discount?

Your discounts do not apply to every item Nasco Education carries. For example, K–12 Education discounts do not include our professional line of Nutrition and Nursing Education products. There are also some items that are excluded from all discounts (e.g., “NA” and “NZ” prefix items, live material coupon cards, Ready-or-Not Tots®).

I need to change my purchase order. Can I get back into my Nasco Education punchout shopping cart?

Once a punchout shopping cart has been finalized into a purchase order you cannot go back into the shopping cart on the Nasco Education punchout website to make changes. You should have the ability to delete items directly on your purchase order by contacting your purchasing department.

My Nasco Education discount quote number changed — what should I do?

Please submit an inquiry request using the form here and note the new discount quote number. We will make the necessary updates to your punchout setup.
